Close the App and restart your device. Keeping the App running for a long time, leaving the dartboard idle, or turning it on/off may cause your Bluetooth to disconnect from your device. Check the Bluetooth pairing again and authenticate the device.

Conduct Device Authentication again. If you change the device or switch between the DARTSLIVE Home App and the DARTSLIVE-200S App, you will need to perform the device authentication again on the App of the device you are using.
When the target doesn't respond, go to "SETTINGS>GENERAL>KEYBOARD>HARDWARE KEYBOARD SETTINGS" and select "AUTO" for input method. This may fix the problem. If you are using a generic keyboard App, the board may not work properly. Switch to an iOS standard keyboard and try again.
If you are connected to a 2.4 GHz band wireless LAN, radio interference may slow down the communication between the wireless LAN and the Bluetooth, causing problems such as the target not responding or responding multiple times to a throw during LIVE MATCH. In such cases, using 5 GHz wireless LAN may bring improvement. Please refer to your router's product manual or user's guide to find out how to set up the wireless LAN, as it depends on the specifications of each manufacturer.
Your device recognizes the 200S board as a hardware keyboard.If your device has settings such as "Display software keyboard while connected to hardware keyboard," please select it. If option does not exist, temporarily turn off Bluetooth or the 200S board. Then attempt to reload your on-screen keyboard.
