Is the board broken?

Do I need an internet connection?
Yes.
The app cannot be launched if there is no internet connection.
Please use this service where internet access is available.

About the dartboard

How can I turn on the board?
Make sure either batteries or USB connection is properly connected.
Press the power button located at the lower part of the dartboard for 1 second.
How can I turn off the board?
Press and hold the power button at the lower part of the dartboard for 2 seconds or longer.
Why is the power button flickering?

About dartboard - LED lighting mode
I can't hear the game sounds.
The sound comes from the device on which the app is installed, it does not come from the dartboard. Please check the volume on your device.
I can't get power from the USB connector. How can I fix this?
Please make sure that the cord is firmly attached.
Please note that some mobile batteries may not be compatible and may not work properly.

About the app

The Play Store says "Your device is not compatible with this version."
You cannot download the app because your device does not support installation. Please note that even if you meet the recommended specifications, you may not be able to use this service depending on your device specifications and hardware specifications.
I've connected the dartboard, but I can't remove the TOP menu gray-out.
The Bluetooth & location information on your device are used to connect the app to the DARTSLIVE Home Dartboard.

Please check the settings below.​
1. Go to the "Settings" menu on your device, and turn the "Bluetooth" ON.
2. Go to the "Settings" menu → and turn the "Location Services" ON.
3. Allow "Location Services" in the app settings.​

* If using Android OS12:​
In the App permissions, turn ON the "Location permission" setting to use precise location.
Playing DARTSLIVE Home on more than one device. / Transfering data to another device.
DARTSLIVE Home player data is stored on the server. You can synchronize your data on different devices by logging in with the same DARTSLIVE account.

However, you can only log in to one device at a time with the same account.
If you log in on a second device, the first device you logged in on will be logged out.

*When using the DARTSLIVE-200S with a different device, please re-pair and re-authenticate the device before use.
I want to play on a big screen, on a TV or monitor.
Please use the mirroring or external output function of your device.
*Some devices may not be compatible with this function.
I want to play on a PC.
DARTSLIVE Home is not compatible with Windows, Mac, or any other PCs.
Play data is not reflected. / Missions cannot be completed.
If you play without setting the player data, the data will not be reflected.
Tap the player button on the PLAYER SELECT screen before starting the game to select & set the player data to be used.
