Q. 1 How did you choose your team members?
Our team consists of DARTSLIVE League players from across Australia. Since we live in a very big country and we believe in the term of "Giving it a go". We will give our best shot and enjoy the experience of playing in such a big event with the team in Singapore!
Q. 2 What is your best memory about this year's SUPER LEAGUE?
Our Australian SUPER LEAGUE is still at its early stages (only at Season 3 now) compared to countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, etc. which are already super seasoned! Many players take home different experiences and memories but one thing we can all agree together is that our SUPER LEAGUE seasons have connected and united players from different Australian states and cities - like one BIG family in one BIG country - of various race, background and skills.
Q. 3 How do you feel about taking part in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018?
Team AUStarz have been participating in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP for the past 2 years and it's always a different experience we take home to share among the other players in our own Australian cities. As always, we're pumped and excited to be part of it again and this time, we're pretty sure we've got the right combo to any rival teams we're up against a run for their money. We're eyeing for the finals but hey, it's the camaraderie of the team and new friendship found after each match that counts and matters.
Q. 4 Which country do you want to fight against?
HAHA! Shouldn't the question be "Which country do you NOT want to fight against?" Well, we've met strong teams from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, France and others in our previous SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP group stages so having the opportunity of NOT playing against them again would be great as we would like to experience and share insights with players from Singapore, China, Hong Kong, USA, Indonesia, etc. this time. We wish all the teams at this year's SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP the best of games and good luck... GAME ON!

Q. 1 How did you choose your team members?
We are selected as the members after our participation in SUPER LEAGUE National Fiesta. This team was formed for the best performance as we know each member's strength. We will perform out best in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP to be the champion.

Thanks to the events by DARTSLIVE, we could experience high-level matches. Through the matches against the league players from various regions, our darts skill improved.

We are extremely lucky and so honored to be able to join SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. We are very thankful to DARTSLIVE. We will practice harder to get great results.

Q. 1 How did you choose your team members?
Team Bah Oui Devine started to play France Darts Championship in 2008 in Master level (One rank lower than the professional one). Three of the current team players have been here from the beginning, two joined us some years later, and one only arrived last year. For a team, it is very important to get along with each other, not only during the game but also outside of it: This is how this team has been formed. After going to the quarter finals three times in the national championship, Will Oiry, an experienced player joined us last year and we finally won the tournament!
Q. 2 What is your best memory about this year's SUPER LEAGUE?
Anyone who know us can tell, each day playing darts is a wonderful memory for us!
Q. 3 How do you feel about taking part in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018?
We are very motivated, keep going with training and competition, and we are ready to represent our country in Singapore!
Q. 4 Which country do you want to fight against?
Without any hesitation: we want to play the hosting country's team! We have met with with Singaporean players like Paul Lim several times in France, and he is one of the big ones in the soft darts world. Playing against them would be an honor.

Team Hong Kong is formed by qualifier from players participated SUPER LEAGUE SEASON 14.
Q. 2 What is your best memory about this year's SUPER LEAGUE?
SUPER LEAGUE is always fascinating. Some of the teams are very strong and it’s getting harder and harder to be the champion every year.
Q. 3 How do you feel about taking part in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018?
I believe the Selection is a good chance for everyone, since everyone can give it a try. Luckily, I won the selection and have the chance to represent Hong Kong, I will try my best in the matches. And this is my first time to represent Hong Kong, I am happy and very excited.

Many countries are very strong, like Japan and USA. No matter which country we come across, we will make our best effort.

This is the third time Indonesia joined SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, so we have come together as Team Indonesia to compete against other countries. We played against each other in Leagues and formed this team to represent our beloved country Indonesia.

It was fun and very competitive. We gave our best during each match!

All members are patrons of our home shop, FOOD+DARTS BAR BULL.We have been playing together for more than 10 years although there were some member changes.

It is the match in Okinawa where our team became Japan’s best, a great result of our team effort.

Sure is an extremely honorable experience that we have the opportunity to take part of. Surely the expectations are high due to the level of participants therefore a great number of our players are preparing themselves for this tournament of the year. We had a selection happen in different region of the country and by using the pentathlon system we pick the player who score the highest from each region to form a team to represent Malaysia.

Best memory that I had on this year's SUPER LEAGUE is the number of teams participated on this SUPER LEAGUE which makes me wanted to work and train harder as a preparation for each SUPER LEAGUE's match.

Q. 1 How did you choose your team members?
Team Singapore is formed up based on a selection process organised by DARTSLIVE SINGAPORE. We have been playing against each other for many seasons and CC1K in Singapore. This is the first time for us to be playing together as a team but we are very excited and very much looking forward to the event.
Q. 2 What is your best memory about this year's SUPER LEAGUE?
Our individual teams are actually made up of close friends and good buddies that we constantly play darts with. There are too many great memories as the season goes. We are happy, we have great bonding, we constantly challenge each other within the team, we enjoy every game with our opponents, so it's hard to pinpoint a best memory.
Q. 3 How do you feel about taking part in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018?
We feel really good! It is an honour to be able to represent the country. We will do our best to fight hard for the team and for Singapore.
Q. 4 Which country do you want to fight against?
There are many strong teams from all around the world. But we will be looking forward to play against Japan and Hong Kong as both countries have won the SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

This year, we formed the strongest team via qualifiers to compete against the leading teams of each region. Although soft-tip darts started in Taiwan after its start in other Asian regions, we will let Taiwan shine on this global stage with our efforts and tenacity!

The most impressive thing is the national finals. Everyone was giving all in the competition and it was hard to predict the winner till the very last moment. That is why we are drawn to darts.

I am so honored to be able to be on this stage on behalf of Taiwan and looking forward to competing against the leading players of each region. Until the tournament, we will practice harder for the glory of our country!

We want to compete against all teams of all regions. We lost to the Japan team in the Semifinal in last year. We want to clear ourselves of the disgrace and bring the champion trophy back to Taiwan.

- Ranking system for the Round Robin:
- 1. Team with the most points
- 2. Team with the most LEGS won
- 3. Team with the less LEGS lost
* If two or more teams are tied on (1)-(3), each team will play a COUNT-UP. The winner of the COUNT-UP will be ranked higher.
- Top 2 teams of each Round Robin will proceed to the Final Tournament.
Final Tournament: SKO
- Best of 7 LEGS, first team to win 4 LEGS proceed to the next stage.
Tournament Rules
Rules
- Round limit is 15 for 501 and 701. Round limit is 20 for 1101 and CRICKET.
- No practice throws are allowed once the MATCH starts. Player will be given 2 throws before each participating LEG.
- Cork will be played to determine the throwing order of the 1st LEG.
- Looser of the precedent LEG will play first for the next LEG from 2nd LEG.
- 7th LEG throwing order :
- Round Robin : Looser of the 6th LEG throw first.
- SKO : Cork will be played, and the winner of the cork will throw first for 7th LEG.
*Please refer to the rules of the concurrent event DARTSLIVE OPEN 2018 SINGAPORE for other rules.
DARTSLIVE OPEN 2018 SINGAPORE RULES
Players participation
- Maximum no. of players per team is 8 for each MATCH. Player change is not acceptable during the MATCH.
- The Playing Order cannot be changed during the MATCH.
- The Player Order can be changed for every MATCHES.
- All team members need to check in to participate in the SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. Please bring your passport or official ID card.
- We will conduct the pre-tournament drawing in the morning of the tournament day.
- A special DARTSLIVE CARD will be given to you on the day of the event. Please use this card only for the tournament.
- If the team finishes above Best 4, the all team members are required to participate in the Award Ceremony. Tournament Operator will not pay out the prize money unless all the members participate in the Award ceremony.
- Players who will be playing in SUPER LEAGUE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2018 cannot play any other DARTSLIVE OPEN 2018 SINGAPORE tournament on the same day due to schedule conflicts.
Tournament progression
- Each team's captain will hand the player's Name List and Playing Order to the referee at the start of their MATCH.
- The referee will fill the MATCH score on the score sheet.
- After the MATCH, the captains will be asked to sign the score sheet.
- The next MATCH teams will be announced using microphone by the Control.
*For any rule not mentioned above, this tournament adopts the WSDA Rules.
