SUPER DARTS marked its 10th year in 2017.

Among the 16 participants, 12 were selected by fan voting across the world, and 4 who posted superb records in the previous tournaments. Those participants included Japanese leading players and steel tip darts players.

Keita Ono earned the spot in the fan vote and conquered the tournament.

The Japanese player looks back the event and says “I could play in the tournament thanks to the support of friends and fans.

I had been nervous for almost 1 month up until the tournament day.”

He also commented about the tournament day.

“I tried to enjoy SUPER DARTS most of all. As a result, I could play my best in all the matches.”

Ono will play in SUPER DARTS 2018 as the defending champion.

He will be under enormous pressure, but speaks calmly, ”I would like to compete with spirit of a challenger, although I will be there as a defending champion. I would like to play my best, and enjoy the stage at most again.”

He spoke softly and gave his fans a message. “I want to win again in next SUPER DARTS. So support me again in SUPER DARTS 2018! “ So we can’t miss Ono’s performance in the upcoming SUPER DARTS 2018.
