  • DARTSLIVE2 and DARTSLIVE3 are to be used as the official machines of the tournament.
  • All participants must respect the rules set forth by the SUPER DARTS SECRETARIAT (hereinafter referred to as "SDS").

Pre-Tournament RR

  • Pre-tournament bloc allocation will be determined by a random draw.
  • Based on the result of the RR, the top 2 players of each RR will advance to the SKO Tournament.
  • You can confirm the machine numbers and the order of matches on the DARTSLIVE SPORTS app after the check-in is closed on the day of the tournament.
  • The number of qualifiers within a bloc will remain unchanged even if a player is eliminated or disqualified.
  • The ranking for the RR will be determined based on the following factors and results.
    1. (1) The number of matches won
    2. (2) The number of LEGS won
    3. (3) The number of LEGS lost
    4. (4) The result
  • If 3 or more players are tied on (1)-(4), each player will be asked to play a SHOOT OUT. The winner of the SHOOT OUT will proceed to the SKO tournament.
  • Players who do not participate in the SHOOT OUT will forfeit their right to advance to the Final Tournament.
  • Players who do not participate in SHOOT OUT will be deemed to have delegated all authority to SDS.

Final Tournament (SKO Tournament)

  • The top 2 players of each Pre-tournament RR will advance to the SKO tournament.
  • The Final Tournament is a single-elimination tournament.
  • Regarding Final Tournament (SKO) Bloc Allocation, the top 2 players of each Round Robin advance to the SKO Tournament. Players allocation is prioritized in the following order. 1st place in BLOC 1, 1st place in BLOC 2......1st place in BLOC 64. 2nd place in BLOC 1, 2nd place in BLOC 2.......2nd place in BLOC 64.
  • *In principle, there will be 5 participants per bloc. This may vary depending on the number of participants.

Qualification

  • Players have understood and agreed to all SUPER DARTS QUALIFIER Player Rules (hereinafter referred to as "RULES") and SUPER DARTS QUALIFIER official rule book.
  • Players must wear uniforms specified in the RULES to participate in this tournament.
  • Minors under the age of 18: Players who are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who can present a valid photo ID on the tournament day for verification by SDS.
  • Darts manufacturers' personnel who do not conform to the tournament's purpose may not be allowed to participate, so if you have any questions, please confirm with SDS in advance.

Uniform

  • Uniforms include collared shirts (polo shirts are acceptable), pants, and shoes.
  • The collared shirt may use more than one base color and have a zipper or button.
  • The following items are prohibited for men's pants.
    • ・Torn or damaged pants.
    • ・Items with stains, painted designs, etc.
    • ・Blue jeans and work clothes (side pockets are considered work clothes).
    • ・Sweatpants or jogger pants (with ankle cuffs).
    • ・Half pants (ankles visible is acceptable).
    • ・Logos other than those of the official main sponsor.
    • ・Items that are unprofessional and degrading.
    In addition to this, if SDS deems your uniform inappropriate, you will not be permitted to participate in the tournament.
    Shoes must be leather shoes (ankles must be visible) or sneakers.
  • Women must wear pants or skirts (other than denim).
    There are no restrictions on the length of pants and skirts for women, but if they are damaged, painted, or deemed inappropriate by SDS, the entrant will not be allowed to participate.
    Shoes must be leather shoes (no height restrictions), sneakers, or pumps.
    Sandals, mules, pinwheels, etc. are not permitted. Heels must be less than 3cm in height.
  • No hats, other headwear, or clothing other than those stipulated above will be permitted.
    However, this does not apply to cases where the wearing of headwear is necessary for religious reasons, illness, injury, etc., provided that prior approval is obtained from the SDS. Official badges must also be worn on hats.
  • The wearing of earphones during a match is prohibited.
  • Uniforms shall be examined by SDS per these rules and regulations. If a player's uniform is judged inappropriate for the event, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

Logo Placement on Uniforms

  • SDS has the right to judge the appropriateness of logo use.
  • Any logo or name (including tags) that appears on the uniform or on anything worn (including armbands and supporters) other than shoes and glasses is considered a sponsor logo.
  • The following types of advertisements are unacceptable:
    1. (1) Names and logos of any dart machine and dart board manufacturers other than the official dart machine manufacturers
    2. (2) Anything with copyright violation
    3. (3) Anything antisocial
    4. (4) Anything considered to be offensive to public order and morals
    5. (5) Anything SDS judged as inappropriate for the tournament
  • Please consult with SDS before the event if you need more uniform logo information.

Refunds for Cancellation of Entry
  • Refunds will be made, minus a transaction fee, depending on the period before the relevant STAGE.
  • 30 days or longer before the STAGE: Refund of 50% of the entry fee
  • Less than 30 days until the STAGE: No refund
  • Transaction Fee: Includes invoice issuing fee and refund transaction fee
  • If the entry fee was paid by a credit card, the refund will be made from the amount of the refund minus the payment system's refund fee.
  • If the entry fee was paid by invoicing, the refund will be made after deducting the invoicing and the payment system refund fee.
  • In the following exceptional cases, a full refund minus a transaction fee will be made.
    • ・The player cannot travel to the venue due to a natural disaster.
    • ・The player cannot participate in the tournament due to an accident or injury.
  • You must submit a certificate issued by a transportation or medical institution.

Prize

  • The CHAMPION will qualify for SUPER DARTS 2025.
  • The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers will receive a SUPER DARTS 2025 WILD CARD entry.
    • *The number of WILD CARD positions may change depending on the competition.
  • Please refer to each competition outline for prize amounts.
    • *Prize money is subject to change for each STAGE.
The Payment of Prize Money
The player must sign the confirmation document provided by SDS in person on the day of the tournament to receive their prize money.
If the player cannot sign the document for any special reasons, please inform SDS in person. Otherwise, the prize money will not be paid.

Tournament Eligibility Suspension/Revocation

  • Players who do not participate in the event after completing the tournament sign-up have to pay a penalty equivalent to the entry fee on their next participation in this event.
  • Players who engage in the following acts without due reason will be suspended for one year from participating in the event.
    • ・Abandoning matches and walking off from the venue without any notification after the commencement of the tournament.
    • ・Playing darts while intoxicated, intentionally delaying the game, and engaging in any other acts that are disturbing to the operations of the event.
    • ・Committing any other acts against public order and morals and/or acts that lack the sense of sportsmanship.
  • Players who engage in the acts listed below will be subject to the revocation of their participation in the event and other events hosted by SDS permanently and/or their entitlement to the prize money.
    • ・Using false ID (including passport and any other IDs) or ID of a person other than the player himself/herself.
    • ・Becoming liable to criminal charges during the tournament participation periods.
    • ・Using abusive language during matches, slandering and defaming others, committing violent acts, and/or making false reports during the tournament.
    • ・If a violation of the RULES is not corrected within a reasonable period stated in the violation notice.
  • *Other violations of the terms and conditions of each STAGE may also be subject to disciplinary action.

Obligations

  • Players shall grant SDS the right to use their portraits, photographs, videos, sounds, names (stage names), biographies, etc.
  • SDS may ask players for photographs and interviews, and players shall comply with such requests.
  • The SDS shall have the authority not to award prize money or to disqualify players from participating in the next tournament who do not comply with these rules and regulations and who have waived their obligations.
  • *Other violations of the terms and conditions of each STAGE may also be subject to disciplinary action.

Cautions

  • SDS has the right to remove or refuse any player from participating in the tournament if they are found to interfere with the event or event progress.
  • SDS reserves the right to refuse participation in the tournament to any player who may cause or has caused a disadvantage to the SDS, sponsors, or tournament officials.
  • Photography is prohibited during the tournament. In the unlikely event that any images are taken, they will be confiscated and forbidden from being posted online.
  • Players who participate in this event grant SDS the right to use images for advertising and merchandising purposes for any period, in any place, and in any manner.
  • Photographs and videos taken by SDS for purposes beyond personal use or for commercial or non-commercial purposes without permission are prohibited.
  • SUPER DARTS, SUPER DARTS QUALIFIER trademarks or titles obtained from competitions may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of SDS.
  • Players who compete in this tournament are deemed to have agreed to the aforementioned SDS rights.
  • A passport or other form of identification with your name, photo and date of birth is required at the time of registration and to receive your prize money.

Tournament Cancellation

  • SDS reserves the right to cancel individual stages or change the event details at its discretion due to natural disasters, deterioration of social conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If an individual stage is canceled, the full amount of the entry fee paid will be refunded at a later date, and no compensation will be provided for expenses such as travel and lodging.

Other

  • The event guidelines will be updated whenever necessary and the contents in these guidelines constitute the rules and will be used as the official rules of this tournament.
  • Special rules may apply for some stages, and the rules for each stage take precedence.
